Job Summary
An education resource company has an open position for a Telecommuting Full Stack Developer.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Integration of user-facing elements developed by front-end developers and designers with server-side logic
- Planning and completion of projects and features, starting from vague basic description to detailed scope and realization
- Understanding differences between multiple delivery platforms such as mobile vs desktop, and optimizing output to match the specific platform
Position Requirements Include:
- Experience using Git/Github collaboratively on development projects
- Experience writing Wordpress Themes and Plugins
- Experience knowledge of OOP principles and practices as well as Design Patterns, SOLID principles
- Experience with Frameworks such as Laravel, Symfony, or Zend
- Experience collaborating with a team (Project manager, designer, other developers, content teams)
- Experience with Project Management software (Jira, Basecamp, etc), time tracking, etc
