Job Summary
A non-profit software organization is seeking a Telecommuting General Business Area Vice President.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Managing overall sales process, setting appropriate metrics for sales funnel management
- Driving and measuring effective sales enablement programs
- Finding, hiring and developing industry-best sales talent to grow your team
Qualifications for this position include:
- Ability to work cross functionally with product and sales teams
- 2nd or 3rd line leadership experience leading sales teams
- Consistent over achievement of quota and revenue goals
- 10+ years in software and/or applications sales (ideally in a CRM, ERP and/or B2B SW company), selling primarily to the CxO level
- Strong track record of recruiting, developing and retaining a high performing sales organization
- Proven track record of building satisfied, loyal and reference able customers
