Job Summary
An online post secondary university is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommuting General Education Science Instructor.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Teach fully developed online courses in General Biology, Microbiology, and Anatomy, and Health and Society
- Grade papers, lead threaded discussions and address student questions and concerns
- Provide student support and academic coaching
Qualifications Include:
- Ph.D. degree in a Science or Health Science related field from an accredited institution
- Prior college level teaching experience with the adult learner or military student population
- Excellent written communication skills
- Ability to engage students effectively in written communication format
