Job Summary

A technology company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommuting Global Alliances Director.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Manage and create a Partnership-Centric strategy to create solutions and practice development areas
  • Provide direction, development and inspiration to team members
  • Manage the hiring, staffing and maintaining of a diverse and effective workforce

Required Skills:

  • Expert in leading, motivating and directing a work group made up of a team of managers
  • Significantly experienced in prioritizing projects and/or deliverables
  • Ability to manage in a matrix environment
  • Highly skilled at people management and excellent conflict resolution skills
  • 15 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience
  • 7 years diversified leadership, planning, communication, organization and people motivation skill (or equivalent experience)
