Job Summary
A financial company is in need of a Telecommuting Global Delivery Customer Success Vice President in Princeton.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Develop a success roadmap for each customer
- Build trusted relationships with executive sponsors and end-users
- Become a trusted advisor in the use of the software to help customers understand use, setups, and systems
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Around 50% travel is required
- BS degree
- 5+ years account management, customer success management, and/or service management experience with a software or software as a service SaaS company ideally with ERP / procurement, spend management exposure
- US Citizen or Green Card holder
- Strong interpersonal skills to facilitate meetings where you will articulate complex concept
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively with a high level of attention to detail
