Job Summary
A technology company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommuting Global Service Delivery Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Establish metrics, key performance indicators, and service level agreements
- Manage, train and mentor Deskside Support Technicians
- Financial and budget management including operations review, planning, cost control and forecasting
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Occasional travel required (less than 10%)
- 5+ years of experience in information technology and customer facing role
- Bachelor's degree
- 2+ years of experience leading or managing a large Team
- Experience managing an outsourced vendor as well as offshore Teams
