Job Summary

A technology company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommuting Global Service Delivery Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Establish metrics, key performance indicators, and service level agreements
  • Manage, train and mentor Deskside Support Technicians
  • Financial and budget management including operations review, planning, cost control and forecasting

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Occasional travel required (less than 10%)
  • 5+ years of experience in information technology and customer facing role
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2+ years of experience leading or managing a large Team
  • Experience managing an outsourced vendor as well as offshore Teams
