Job Summary
A computer software company is filling a position for a Telecommuting Global Services Implementation Consultant.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Leading a coordinated and efficient plan for implementation releases
- Participating in the development, rollout, documentation and communication of system changes, strategies, standards, and processes
- Providing world class post-sales consulting, implementation and delivery for enterprise customers across the region
Qualifications for this position include:
- 25% travel to customer sites for workshop sessions and internal company events
- Capable of communicating, building, and maintaining strong relationships with a diverse set of internal and external senior level executives
- Experience as a Project Manager/Implementation Consultant
- 7+ years’ experience providing strategic guidance, project management, solution integrations, client services and consulting
- Solid understanding of internet technologies
