Job Summary

A childcare professional marketplace is filling a position for a Telecommuting Growth Marketer in San Francisco.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Building, optimizing and scaling effective marketing campaigns to drive supply growth across digital marketing channels
• Identifying and testing new innovative and growth opportunities to deliver on CPA goals across multiple markets
• Managing performance metrics and budget tracking to intelligently scale acquisition efforts

Qualifications for this position include:

• Must be able to prepare and present recommendations, reports and key data points to the exec team
• 2 to 4+ years experience of designing/delivering/managing scalable digital marketing campaigns
• Highly proficient in Excel (pivot tables, lookups, formulas etc)
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure the highest quality deliverables
• Able to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environment
