Job Summary
A global consulting leader is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommuting Health and Benefits Implementation Data Lead in Norwood.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Playing a lead role in the HRIS, Payroll and data conversion processes for clients
- Defining, analyzing map and managing all data processes for the Health and Benefits system
- Performing data analysis, including reconciliation of data counts and amounts
Qualifications for this position include:
- Bachelor’s degree or Associate’s degree with associated work experience
- 3 years in health and benefits plan administration, Payroll or HRIS Systems
- Excellence with Microsoft Excel for the purpose of data analysis
- Understanding of health and benefits plans, including varied plan designs
- Understanding of health and benefits administration
- Strong technical writing, relational databases, and data analysis skills
