Job Summary

A global consulting leader is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommuting Health and Benefits Implementation Data Lead in Norwood.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Playing a lead role in the HRIS, Payroll and data conversion processes for clients
  • Defining, analyzing map and managing all data processes for the Health and Benefits system
  • Performing data analysis, including reconciliation of data counts and amounts

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Bachelor’s degree or Associate’s degree with associated work experience
  • 3 years in health and benefits plan administration, Payroll or HRIS Systems
  • Excellence with Microsoft Excel for the purpose of data analysis
  • Understanding of health and benefits plans, including varied plan designs
  • Understanding of health and benefits administration
  • Strong technical writing, relational databases, and data analysis skills
