A healthcare company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommuting Health Educator in Memphis.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Consulting with Community Outreach staff regarding available community wellness resources
- Engaging members in health promotion presentations and coaching
- Developing and offering community group education as well as individual member education
Position Requirements Include:
- Ability to travel overnight
- Bachelor’s degree in Health, Education, other relevant field, or equivalent experience
- 3 years education experience with clinical issues
- Extensive working knowledge of all aspects of clinical education specialty
- CHES certification expected within 1 year
- Proficiency in behavior change techniques
