Job Summary
An insurance company has an open position for a Telecommuting Health Licensed Senior Customer Services Representative.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Resolving customer service inquiries
- Responding to complex customer calls
- Providing excellent customer service
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Health License is required or must be able to obtain within 60 days
- High School Diploma / GED (or higher) or 10+ years of equivalent working experience
- 1+ years of customer service experience analyzing and solving customer problems, or 1+ years of experience in an office setting
