Job Summary

An insurance company has an open position for a Telecommuting Health Licensed Senior Customer Services Representative.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Resolving customer service inquiries
  • Responding to complex customer calls
  • Providing excellent customer service

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Health License is required or must be able to obtain within 60 days
  • High School Diploma / GED (or higher) or 10+ years of equivalent working experience
