Job Summary

A healthcare company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommuting Health Plan Outreach Specialist.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Making outbound calls to identified members
• Engaging targeted members in a discussion about their health
• Effectively presenting how the company program may benefit the member

Required Skills:

• At least 18 years of age
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ years experience in consumer sales or healthcare outreach/member support
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• High-speed Internet (cable, DSL or fiber) with speeds of at least 10Mbps x 5Mbps
