Job Summary
An IT and service company is seeking a Telecommuting Healthcare and Life Sciences Technical Account Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Providing advocacy and strategic technical guidance to help plan and build solutions using best practices
- Crafting and executing strategies to drive our customers' adoption
- Representing the company within a customer's environment
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Ability to travel 10-25% as needed
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Math, or related discipline required, or equivalent work experience
- 4+ years of hands-on Infrastructure / Troubleshooting / Systems Administration / Networking / DevOps / Applications Development experience
