Job Summary
Management services company is filling a position for a Telecommuting Healthcare Customer Service Representative.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Receiving incoming calls or emails from members, pharmacies, doctor’s offices
- Investigating and resolving member inquiries in a timely manner or escalating to appropriate team member
- Adhering to and reinforcing and departmental standard operating procedures and training guidelines specific to HIPAA
Qualifications for this position include:
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1 year of customer service experience
- Has suitable home office that meet required standards
- Must be eligible to work in the United States without need for work visa or residency sponsorship
- Strong PC Skills with ability to navigate multiple software systems simultaneously
- Strong communication skills with focus on professional demeanor and empathy
