Job Summary

Management services company is filling a position for a Telecommuting Healthcare Customer Service Representative.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Receiving incoming calls or emails from members, pharmacies, doctor’s offices
  • Investigating and resolving member inquiries in a timely manner or escalating to appropriate team member
  • Adhering to and reinforcing and departmental standard operating procedures and training guidelines specific to HIPAA

Qualifications for this position include:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 1 year of customer service experience
  • Has suitable home office that meet required standards
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States without need for work visa or residency sponsorship
  • Strong PC Skills with ability to navigate multiple software systems simultaneously
  • Strong communication skills with focus on professional demeanor and empathy
