A software company is in need of a Telecommuting Healthcare Industry Account Manager II.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Serving as main point of contact for assigned accounts
- Delivering superior customer service through regular contact
- Tracking and managing the status of the assigned accounts for the versions, products, services, history, and background
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 2 plus years of experience in account management
- 5 plus years of experience in client care management or related experience.
- Bachelor's Degree (four-year college or technical school) or work equivalent
