Job Summary
A healthcare solutions company has a current position open for a Telecommuting Healthcare Insurance Member Service Representative.
Must be able to:
- Receive inbound calls from current and potential members with inquiries
- Answer questions regarding member eligibility, coverages, and/or benefit types
- Answer queries involving benefit and eligibility information, and claims and billing
Position Requirements Include:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Commercial (under 65), Medicaid, and/or Medicare health plan experience in a dedicated Health Insurance Agent role, minimum of 1 year
- The experience must be no older than 2014-2015 with at least a portion of that experience occurring no later 2015
- Strong computer and telephone multitasking skills
- Strong technical skills
- Reliable internet with 5 Mbps download and 2 Mbps upload speed
