Job Summary
A health insurance company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommuting Healthcare Support Coordinator.
Must be able to:
- Handle calls to and from members to assist with benefit questions
- Handle calls to and from providers regarding authorizations, referrals, visits, tests, and faxed care plans
- Document accurate member information in compliance with our internal procedures
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- High School diploma or GED
- Basic Microsoft Word and Excel skills preferred
- Bilingual preferred
