A human resource technology provider is seeking a Telecommuting Healthcare Transformation Consultant.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Educating practices concerning quality and utilization measures
- Developing and managing implementation plans to assist in practice transformation
- Assisting practices in improving quality of care and cost-effectiveness
