Job Summary

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Helpdesk support both phone and onsite
  • Strong understanding of user authentication, permissions, and encryption, and best practices
  • Work with NOC and Central IT management or daily instructions and task list

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Previous experience as desktop support and/or hardware technician.
  • Must have excellent customer service skills
  • Knowledge of TCP/IP and data protocols
  • Knowledge of various Windows operating systems, setup, deployment and troublshooting.Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Deadline and detail-oriented
  • Must have own reliable internet access.
