Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Helpdesk support both phone and onsite
- Strong understanding of user authentication, permissions, and encryption, and best practices
- Work with NOC and Central IT management or daily instructions and task list
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Previous experience as desktop support and/or hardware technician.
- Must have excellent customer service skills
- Knowledge of TCP/IP and data protocols
- Knowledge of various Windows operating systems, setup, deployment and troublshooting.Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Must have own reliable internet access.
