Core Responsibilities Include:
- Target, sell, and promote Bayer Hematology products to Hematologists
- Manage his/her territory in order to maintain existing accounts, develop acquisition plans for new accounts and to achieve territory
- Work closely with his/her Regional Sales Manager, other region team members and other groups to achieve overall objectives
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Ability to travel as necessary or required, which may include overnight and/or weekend travel
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record required
- Master degree with at least two years of pharmaceutical/biotech/medical sales or specialty disease experience, a Bachelor's degree with a least five years of pharmaceutical/biotech/medical sales or specialty disease experience, or an Associates degree with at least ten years of pharmaceutical/biotech/medical sales or specialty disease experience
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
