Job Summary

A nonprofit organization has an open position for a Telecommuting Higher Education Network Director.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Recruiting, training, supporting and developing administrative coaches
  • Meeting strategic goals for institution recruitment
  • Directly engaging new institutions, particularly leadership, assessing opportunity, and ensuring appropriate follow up

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Ability to travel up to 35% of the time to local, statewide, and national community colleges, partners, and events
  • Masters degree
  • At least 5 years experience as a senior community college or higher education administrator
  • Previous experience with strategic planning and partnership or client management
  • In-depth understanding of the culture and decision-making process at community colleges and higher education institutions
  • Experience in designing and maintaining professional learning communities, networks or similar education programs
