Job Summary

A staffing agency has an open position for a Telecommuting Home Equity or Title and Closing Sales Vice President.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Defining key selling propositions by working with Marketing, Sales, Operations and Client Relations teams
  • Determining lead quality, product offerings, service level agreements, and key performance measurements
  • Supporting Marketing with relevant information in presentations and proposals

Required Skills:

  • Ability to travel 50% of the time as requirements dictate
  • Relationships in both top and mid-tier customers for home equity OR Title and Closing Services
  • 7+ years sales experience in title or mortgage banking sales or related area
  • Considerable ties to the mortgage market within the industry
  • Strong verbal and excellent written communication skills
  • Demonstrated skills in: sales motivation, leadership, and organizing
