Job Summary
A mortgage lender is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommuting Home Loan Account Executive in Pittsburgh.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Serving as subject matter expert on company's policies, procedures, products, and technology
- Escalating second reviews to Team Leader or Underwriter
- Assisting brokers with lock reconciliation, extensions, and exceptions
Qualifications for this position include:
- Ability to conduct large group presentations at broker offices
- 4 + years' experience in sales and/or real estate
- Knowledge of local real estate market
- Sales and consulting skills
- Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines
- Working knowledge of investor guidelines, underwriting policies and loan products Strong interpersonal, written and oral communication skills
