Job Summary

ScheduleOnce is looking for an HR Recruiter to join our growing team. As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, recruiting and retaining new talent from the US. The position entails posting the position on different job boards and social media, being involved in digital media, and finding new sources and great new candidates.
Responsibilities:
-Find new sources to locate the best candidates
-Maintain an active pipeline of candidates
-Review applications and conduct phone screenings
-Be involved in job fairs
-Help arrange company social events and retreats
Requirements:
-BA/Student in Psychology/Marketing/Business Development or any other HR related fields
-People person, excellent interpersonal skills
-Intelligent, loves learning
-Motivated, loves hiring and driven by challenges
-High energy, able to juggle multiple tasks
-Loves media, feels comfortable with technology, able to master new software quickly

Preferred:
-Up to 1 year of HR/recruiting related experience
