Job Summary
A staffing company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommuting Human Capital Management Practice Director in Albany.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Work with the CEO to develop a business plan
- Become the subject matter expert on the Cloud HCM platform
- Develop the product road map for HCM
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Open to some travel
- Prior experience managing P&L
- Bachelor's degree a must
- Good communication skills
- 10+ years of experience in HCM software (will also consider HRIS and proprietary HR management systems)
- Presentation skills
