A technology company is seeking a Telecommuting Human Resources Business Partner.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Partners with Senior Executives to drive the talent strategy for the business
- Translates current and future business needs into an integrated strategic workforce plan
- Embraces change and organizational transformation leadership
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 5+ years of increasing professional Human Resources or comparable experience including at the Business Partner level
- Capability to assess data /analytics and translate it into business insights and action
- Experience in using process excellence principles, and its application in solving complex business problems
- Use of Emotional Intelligence and Systems Thinking within an organizational setting
- History of innovative and creative thinking that translated into 2X+ improved results
- Able to model and teach company's business and leadership models
