Job Summary

An outpatient imaging company is seeking a Telecommuting Human Resources Generalist in Los Angeles.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Completing special projects by clarifying project objective
  • Preparing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends
  • Developing human resources solutions by collecting and analyzing information

Position Requirements Include:

  • Require travel to Northern California monthly, can work remotely two days per week when not traveling
  • Must have planning, organizational, analytical, problem-solving, leadership, negotiation, facilitation, and presentation skills
  • Outstanding oral/written communication, organizational, Microsoft Office and computer skills required
  • Must be knowledgeable of all federal and state labor laws and Human Resource policies and practices
  • Must have at least five (5) years experience as a human resources generalist or like position
  • Must have current knowledge and proficiency using a computer and general business software including spreadsheet, word processing, database, presentation and HRIS software
