Job Summary
An outpatient imaging company is seeking a Telecommuting Human Resources Generalist in Los Angeles.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Completing special projects by clarifying project objective
- Preparing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends
- Developing human resources solutions by collecting and analyzing information
Position Requirements Include:
- Require travel to Northern California monthly, can work remotely two days per week when not traveling
- Must have planning, organizational, analytical, problem-solving, leadership, negotiation, facilitation, and presentation skills
- Outstanding oral/written communication, organizational, Microsoft Office and computer skills required
- Must be knowledgeable of all federal and state labor laws and Human Resource policies and practices
- Must have at least five (5) years experience as a human resources generalist or like position
- Must have current knowledge and proficiency using a computer and general business software including spreadsheet, word processing, database, presentation and HRIS software
