Job Summary
A global retailer has a current position open for a Telecommuting Human Resources Manager.
Must be able to:
- Execute our people initiatives, providing great internal customer support
- Drive HR functional excellence and process improvement
- Provide full cycle Human Resources support to our initiatives around flexible fulfillment centers
Qualifications for this position include:
- Bachelor's Degree required
- Experience in a call center, distribution center, or manufacturing environment
- Strong project management skills
- Success in creating and driving effective employee relations, retention and reward programs
- Experience supporting hourly employee client groups
- 5+ years human resource business partner experience
