Job Summary
A web-based hosting service has a current position open for a Telecommuting Human Resources Operations Director.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Developing a contemporary, state-of-the-art, and scalable approach to HR Operations
- Partnering with functional business leaders to become a trusted advisor
- Working with our HR Generalist to organize and manage all employee data, files, and information
Position Requirements Include:
- Significant experience designing a holistic approach to global compensation
- Experience designing a holistic approach to benefits and equity incentive programs
- Proven track record of building and improving operational processes and procedures
- Demonstrated program ownership and consistent delivery of commitments
- Great organizational skills with exceptional follow through and attention to detail
- Knowledge of creative technology solutions that help us scale programs and improve efficiencies
