Job Summary
A large insurance company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommuting Human Resources Survey Project Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Oversee business requirements to meet expected business solutions
- Manage project quality through activities such as conducting appropriate reviews, obtaining approvals, and taking corrective action when necessary
- Ensure that project documentation is complete, current and Knowledge Managed (KM) appropriately
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Administer HR surveys globally
- Working knowledge/understanding of the corporate methodology and a broad understanding/awareness of other methodologies
- Any combination of education or experience equivalent to a Bachelor's degree with three years of project management or systems analysis experience
- Solid knowledge of logical data model/management
- Effectively uses technical project management tools
- Solid PC skills required (Excel, Power Point, Word, etc.)
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate effectively with business and IT partners on business requirements and timeframes on small initiatives
