Job Summary

A computer software company is in need of a Telecommuting Hunt and Fish Help Desk Agent in Harrisburg.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Answering incoming phone calls to assist customers
• Troubleshooting and guiding users through corrective steps
• Utilizing real-time case tracking software to create, update and escalate cases

Qualifications Include:

• Technology background or strong personal interest in technology
• Available to be scheduled up to 30 hours/week; 7 days a week, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Ability to change priority, go from task to task quickly and efficiently
• Must have a willingness to help and a customer-friendly attitude
