Job Summary

A nonprofit organization has a current position open for a Telecommuting ICT4D Skills to Succeed Specialist.

Must be able to:

  • Lead or support development and review of quality proposals in response to identified opportunities
  • Identify funding opportunities
  • Lead S2S ICT4D strategy and program initiatives

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Willingness and availability to travel up to 35% of the time
  • Experience managing consultants and liaising between technical developers and non-technical stakeholders
  • At least 3 years of work experience in ICT4D at an international NGO or similar technology
  • 3-5 years of work experience in area of expertise
  • Track record of ICT product management
  • Track record of ICT strategy and product roadmap development
