Telecommuting Impact Evaluation Manager

Job Summary

A nonprofit organization has a current position open for a Telecommuting Impact Evaluation Manager.

Must be able to:

• Support the development of a robust Management Information System within Salesforce
• Develop and implement a data quality assurance plan and provide technical support
• Track all program deliverables across our grant portfolio, sharing learnings among our partners

Qualifications Include:

• International travel to the field is a requirement, approximately 4-8 weeks per year
• 5-7 years working in international development in emerging marketings
• Knowledge of PPI and development goals, as well as power dynamics, is required
• Proficiency in conducting interviews or surveys, including recording and organizing data and information, and reporting findings
• Experience developing and implementing performance measurement and monitoring tools
