Job Summary
A non-profit organization has an open position for a Telecommuting Impact Team Talent Practice Director.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Developing strong relationships with talent leaders
- Analyzing portfolio-wide data
- Identifying new opportunities that make the Talent practice more useful
Position Requirements Include:
- Ability to run site visits and run in-person convenings
- Bachelor’s degree
- Deep commitment to the company's mission and passion for K-12 education
- 3-7 years experience in a high-performing charter school/network or district
- Demonstrated project management experience
