Job Summary
A company that provides consulting services is in need of a Telecommuting Implementation Consultant.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Managing relationships with the customer
- Conducting a structured review of current processes
- Proposing recommended process, products and configuration solutions
Qualifications for this position include:
- Travel up to 40%
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science or technical field preferred
- A minimum of three years experience within a Human Resource business environment or strong familiarity with key Human Resource functions and concepts
- Previous experience with SuccessFactors or other established Talent Management software organization
- Outstanding communication skills with both technical and non-technical functions
- History of working effectively with a variety of levels of responsibility within an organization
