Job Summary

A company that provides consulting services is in need of a Telecommuting Implementation Consultant.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Managing relationships with the customer
  • Conducting a structured review of current processes
  • Proposing recommended process, products and configuration solutions

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Travel up to 40%
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science or technical field preferred
  • A minimum of three years experience within a Human Resource business environment or strong familiarity with key Human Resource functions and concepts
  • Previous experience with SuccessFactors or other established Talent Management software organization
  • Outstanding communication skills with both technical and non-technical functions
  • History of working effectively with a variety of levels of responsibility within an organization
