A clinical decision support solutions company is in need of a Telecommuting Implementation Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Providing first-line assistance with issue resolution and troubleshooting
- Acting as primary point of contact for customer
- Managing multiple customer implementations concurrently
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 50% travel required
- Certification or proficiency in Epic Ambulatory, Epic Inpatient, Cerner, or Athena EHR software systems
- 3 or more years of relevant experience in the healthcare industry
- Bachelor's Degree in healthcare related field or relevant professional experience
- Experience and proven success in information systems implementation and production support
