Job Summary

A clinical decision support solutions company is in need of a Telecommuting Implementation Manager.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Providing first-line assistance with issue resolution and troubleshooting
  • Acting as primary point of contact for customer
  • Managing multiple customer implementations concurrently

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • 50% travel required
  • Certification or proficiency in Epic Ambulatory, Epic Inpatient, Cerner, or Athena EHR software systems
  • 3 or more years of relevant experience in the healthcare industry
  • Bachelor's Degree in healthcare related field or relevant professional experience
  • Experience and proven success in information systems implementation and production support
