Job Summary
A company that provides online differentiated instruction is in need of a Telecommuting Implementation Regional Vice President in the Southeast Region.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Planning strategic direction for region and builds goals and objectives for team
- Directing, managing, coaching, leading and mentoring regional team to meet the goals and objectives established
- Recruiting, hiring, acclimating new hires, providing or ensuring proper orientation training
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Ability to travel to assigned schools in the region/nationally
- A minimum of 3-5 years of teaching experience
- At least 3-5 years of experience delivering professional development sessions and knowledge of adult learning
- Experience with delivering technology based professional development and training
- Demonstrated ability to manage, influence, lead and coach others
- 3 years experience managing a team of trainers, teachers or others providing professional development
