Job Summary
A healthcare technology company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommuting Implementation Specialist.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Serving as the primary contact for the client during the implementation process
- Serving as a project manager, documenting major milestones, task due dates and risks as they occur
- Consulting with the client to prepare and maintain an implementation plan and timeline
Qualifications for this position include:
- Some travel, but not a ton. Most commonly, one to two trips a quarter for 1-2 days each
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required
- Human Resources or HealthcareSource Performance Manager experience is required
- Fluency in MS Windows, Word, Excel, Project, and CSV file format
- Basic knowledge of web related technology and terminology desired
- Excellent listening, presentation, and teaching skills
