A healthcare company is seeking a Telecommuting Incomplete Record Analyst in Orange Park.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Reviewing medical record documentation in HPF/MPF
• Adhering to documented and established workflow guidelines
• Recognizing indexing errors at the document type and patient account

Required Skills:

• Ability to communicate clearly, proactively and concisely with all key stakeholders
• Ability to establish and maintains long term customer relationships
• Ability to establish courses of action to ensure that work is completed efficiently
• Accomplishing tasks by considering all areas involved
• 1 year experience in an office environment required
