Job Summary

A healthcare company is seeking a Telecommuting Infection Prevention Manager Healthcare Consultant.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Assisting the development of proposals and sales presentations
  • Serving as subject matter expert in one or more areas and help evaluate quality of deliverables
  • Assigning work, coaching team members and managing day-to-day interactions with clients to ensure project results

Qualifications Include:

  • Leadership in coaching and managing staff (directly or indirectly)
  • Progressively responsible experience
  • Experience designing and using analytics to inform and drive process change
  • Experience managing operating departments in a hospital, or experience in operations improvement consulting projects in a hospital
  • Experience leading cross functional teams and managing quality improvement projects
