Job Summary

A healthcare company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommuting Information Technology Support Analyst.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Providing system administration and technical support to assist customers and support staff by researching and solving problems
  • Working with sales and support staff to configure, implement, and maintain customers in order to provide audit services
  • Creating database queries in order to provide information for various internal reports

Qualifications Include:

  • Minimal travel may be required
  • Degree in Business or another discipline that requires problem-solving, data analysis and research is preferred, experience in lieu of education will be considered
  • Must be proficient in relational database concepts and design as well as have a comprehensive knowledge of the various MS OS flavors and T-SQL technology
  • 2 to 3 years experience with SQL, reporting and query tools for MS SQL Server and Oracle
  • Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills, analytical and organizational skills are required
  • Possess the ability to be a creative problem solver and work with all levels of an organization
