A well-known healthcare company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommuting Innovation Business Leader.
Must be able to:
- Build and manage a team focused on developing new R&D capabilities
- Lead large, complex projects to achieve key business objectives
- Predict emerging customer needs and develop innovative solutions to meet them
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Must be willing to do some travel to team hubs (Eden Prairie, MN or Boston office)
- 8 years of work experience within a highly matrixed and demanding corporate structure
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
- 3 years of working within a team that participated within the product lifecycle
- 2 years of interpreting and analyzing data
- Prior experience working to achieve project/product goals within a highly cross matrixed environment
