Job Summary
An insurance company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommuting Insurance Customer Service Representative in the Houston Area.
Must be able to:
- Add/delete vehicles and drivers from policies
- Build trust by understanding the unique needs of our customers
- Process renewals, cancellations, reinstatements, and payments
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Experience in Customer service, sales and/or influencing others
- One or more years of college education or relevant work experience
- Multitasking and time management skills
- Computer skills
- Remote office internet connection should be via DSL or Cable Modem with minimum speed of 1mbps down and 0.5mbps up
