Job Summary
An insurance company has a current position open for a Telecommuting Insurance Litigation Specialist.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Negotiating settlement of litigated, high-value, complex liability and bodily injury claims
- Reviewing and analyzing case information
- Issuing settlement payments and obtaining appropriate releases for adjusted claims
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Travel to attend arbitrations, depositions, court hearings, and mandatory settlement conferences
- Must have had undergraduate studies in a related field and additional insurance-specific courses
- Minimum of 5 years related company experience
