Job Summary

A business service provider is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommuting Integrations AMS Analyst II.

Must be able to:

  • Work directly with customer to analyze and document problem, recommend solution
  • Coordinate, troubleshoot and manage system issues to resolution
  • Interface with the customer to understand the customer's overall objectives and requirements

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • 1-3 years of coding experience (C ++ or Java or .NET)
  • 1-3 years of technical support/functional experience/training in Integrations
  • Technical/Functional support of known ERP system or Technical support of other systems functionality
  • Database knowledge
  • Experience in timeline management, issue tracking, and configuration execution
  • Knowledge of Object Oriented Concepts
  • Knowledge in full software development cycle
