Job Summary
A company specializing in business travel solutions is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommuting International Travel Counselor in Atlanta.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Create domestic and international travel arrangements for clients to include air, hotel, and ground transportation
- Sell products that are of commercial value
- Listen and lead the conversation to solve problems in a timely manner
Required Skills:
- 2-3 years experience in the travel industry in a similar position or in a customer service center required
- Minimum High School diploma or equivalent
- Proficient with a Apollo
- Superior written and verbal communication skills (in person and on phone)
- Ability to handle multi-cultural sometimes multi-lingual clientele
- Proficiency in technology to research options and to complete process requirements
