Job Summary

An information technology company is seeking a Telecommuting Investor Relations Manager.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Delivering outstanding email support to thousands of investors
  • Keeping the investor community updated with regular communication
  • Creating processes (eg. FAQs) to answer investor questions in more scalable ways

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • 2+ years experience in a support or inside sales role
  • A succinct communication style and action-oriented approach to problem solving
  • Ability to learn various enterprise customer support tools (ie. Front, Intercom, etc.)
  • Willingness to assist clients during evenings and weekends via the client’s preferred channels
