Job Summary
An information technology company is seeking a Telecommuting Investor Relations Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Delivering outstanding email support to thousands of investors
- Keeping the investor community updated with regular communication
- Creating processes (eg. FAQs) to answer investor questions in more scalable ways
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 2+ years experience in a support or inside sales role
- A succinct communication style and action-oriented approach to problem solving
- Ability to learn various enterprise customer support tools (ie. Front, Intercom, etc.)
- Willingness to assist clients during evenings and weekends via the client’s preferred channels
