Job Summary

A legal office has a current position open for a Telecommuting IP Litigation Attorney.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Assisting in patent infringement and trademark infringement litigation
• Executing all other duties as assigned

Position Requirements Include:

• Have at least 2 years of experience handling patent infringement matters
• Preferably are registered with the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office
• Preferably in North Dakota or Minnesota, but we will consider remote employment for the right person
