Job Summary
A healthcare company has a current position open for a Telecommuting IRIS Consultant.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Educating participants on how to read and interpret their monthly budget reports
- Providing program orientation to new participants
- Meeting with the IRIS participant a minimum of four times per year
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Must have a valid driver's license + maintain adequate auto insurance for travel to home visits and attending meetings
- Knowledge of Long Term Care programs and familiarity with principles of self-determination
- Ability to use a variety of technology
- Bachelor degree in a social work, psychology, human services, counseling, nursing, special education or a closely related field
