Job Summary
A healthcare company has an open position for a Telecommuting IS Network Engineer in Toluca Lake.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Providing design documentation and up-to-date network diagrams of the enterprise networks
- Providing identification and troubleshooting of connectivity and communications problems
- Providing Tier 2 & 3 level support for IT Operations Teams
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- This is a remote position that requires occasional travel (10%)
- Familiarity with typical tools and techniques for discovering, monitoring and evaluating cybersecurity risks
- Fundamental understanding of VPN
- Fundamental understanding of DNS, DHCP, and SSL Certificate Management
- College Degree in an IT Enterprise Networking related field and/or 3+ years of work experience
- Fundamental understanding of TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, RIP, UDP, and Wi-Fi 802.11 protocols
